Pre-Orders will be delivered on either Wednesday 22 December to Hertford and the Villages and Thursday 23 December for Hertford only.

Sourdough Stollen
Absolutely delicious and pure Christmas decadence. A combination of a rich sourdough made with organic flour, milk, egg, butter and honey. Filled with homemade rum marzipan, rum and tea-soaked candied peal, organic raisins and sultanas with added vanilla extract and mixed spice. All coated in flaked almonds, butter and vanilla sugar. Comes beautifully wrapped and will see you through to the New Year.
Sourdough Rye and Spelt Crispbreads (Knäckebröd)
A must to accompany your Christmas cheese board. Made with organic rye and spelt flour. Available plain or with added sesame seeds. Will keep for weeks in an airtight container. Comes in packs of 10, beautifully wrapped in clear cellophane tied with festive ribbon.

Sourdough Mini Chocolate and Orange Loaves
Small but packs a delicious punch. Perfect as a treat with morning or afternoon tea or coffee. Organic sourdough made with white and spelt flour with added organic cocoa. Packed with roasted organic hazelnuts, Cointreau and orange juice soaked jumbo raisins, dark and milk chocolate chunks, premium Tawny marmalade, organic panela rapadura sugar, organic honey, fresh orange zest and vanilla extract.
Cranberry and Walnut Sourdough
A combination of organic white and Einkorn flours packed with orange-soaked organic cranberries and toasted organic walnuts with added organic toasted walnut oil. Fabulous on its own and great with cheese.
