Semi-Sourdough Stollen
Bronze Award Winner - Absolutely delicious and pure Christmas decadence. A combination of a rich sourdough made with organic flour, milk, egg, butter and honey. Filled with homemade rum marzipan, rum and tea-soaked candied peal, organic raisins and sultanas with added vanilla extract and mixed spice. All coated in flaked almonds, butter and vanilla sugar. Comes beautifully wrapped and will see you through to the New Year.

Ancient Grain - Khorasan Sourdough
Organic Khorasan Sourdough. An ancient grain with a rich nutty flavour. Made with 30% organic wholemeal Khorasan flour, combined with organic white flour. 36 hours in the making, for ease of digestion and a deeper flavour, aroma and crust.
Khorasan in one of the grains that helped build the pyramids, tracing back to the fertile crescent around 9,000bc. Legends tell of the grain used today, also known as Kamut, being recovered from an Egyptian tomb. Amber in colour and twice the size of the modern wheat kernel, it is high in proteins, lipids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients: organic Khorasan (Kamut), white and rye flours, water and salt.

Semi-Sourdough Croissant. Using organic flour and free range eggs and Dawlicious raw milk from Amwell Place Farm in Hertford Heath. With a deeper flavour from a 48 hour, three stage build sourdough process and a little yeast added in the last mix to give that lightness of bake. Warm in the oven for 10 minutes 160°C for best results.
